As I write, Obama and his advisors are scouting around for a suitable vice-presidential candidate. He doesn’t want Hillary but he wants to appease the feminists so he has to find a woman. It would be even better if that woman were Jewish, for example, so perhaps Dianne Feinstein from California will be selected.

I bet lots of folk in the U.S.A will be conned by that slick move

I have to credit this observation to my husband who is very politically astute. I agree with him 100%. Now we will see the politicking for real.

Oh what a long and boring election this has been and it goes on and on and on. So much sucking up! I swear that the candidates’ noses are getting longer and longer as they continue with the electioneering.

Reminds me of one of my favourite songs:-

“Oh the games people play now.
Every night and every day now.
Never meaning what they say now,
Never saying what they mean.”

That’s politics. Just a game…
